Initially with Executive Taskforce Ltd as a Senior Consultant — Executive Leasing, Amanda Scott then co-founded Emergent & Co Ltd and in recent years was Consulting Director/Associate of a regionally based boutique recruitment company. In 2009 Amanda initiated Interim Taskforce and now leads the team, and is part of The Madison Group's leadership team. She has over 15 years' experience in providing independent contractors for a wide range of industry sectors including corporates, local and central government, utilities, healthcare and aged care, hospitality, SME's, manufacturing, telecommunications, retail and aviation. Her success in delivering high quality outcomes and service has been achieved by a very stringent approach to sourcing and selection - earning her an excellent reputation as a specialist at both management and executive level and accordingly has established many on-going long-term client relationships.
We were delighted to announce Teresa Curd's return to the industry when she joined the Interim Taskforce team in 2010. Entering the recruitment industry in 1993, Teresa was previously Senior Consultant at Executive Taskforce Ltd and Associate Director at Cook Executive. Teresa's focus is on sourcing and maintaining a large pool of vetted independent professionals to assist the timely delivery of talent for our clients' requirements. She is well recognised within the independent professionals' community having built lasting relationships during her tenure in the industry. Teresa is known for her consistent, thorough approach and approachability.
Lisa began her career in politics upon gaining a BA in Political Science. After five years she decided to make her mark in recruitment and has since gained a wealth of experience at the mid to senior end of the market. Lisa is commercially savvy and enjoys the strategic nature of placing interim executives into organisations to achieve business critical outcomes. Lisa has never lost her passion for politics and therefore takes pleasure in working closely with Auckland Council delivering them top quality talent.
Caitlin comes from a strong background in account management and team co-ordination in multi-national corporations in England. Her seven years in the UK included co-ordinating significant team and client requirements across Europe along with several years working in the media relations industry in London. After completing a Bachelors Degree in Writing Studies at the University of Auckland in 2010, Caitlin looked for a communications based role that involved her preferred activity of customer relationship building. She was delighted to have the opportunity to join Interim Taskforce with its fast-paced people based service. She brings her sharp mind, attention to detail and flair for clear communication along with her enthusiasm for connecting the right people with great opportunities.
With a double major (and post graduate papers in Psychology, Counselling and Linguistics) from The University of Canterbury, Wynnis entered the recruitment environment after a very diverse and successful management career in both the private and public sectors at General Management and Directorship level. Wynnis is a member of the Institute of Directors and brings a wealth of commercial acumen, experience and understanding in leading Madison's strategic and financial operations.
Following a career in the media world, Marisa entered recruitment and enjoyed 20 successful years culminating in a National Sales Director role at a large global staffing provider prior to co-founding Madison Recruitment in 1998. Marisa is a member of Springboard New Zealand - a group of GMs and company owners who provide a channel for the next generation of Directors. Together with Wynnis, Marisa leads the strategic and financial operations and does so with creative vision and an innovative approach.
Simon has significant commercial experience, having begun his career in FMCG sales and then set up a food production business in the early 1990's. Simon grew sales and profitability significantly, opening new retail sites, developing a specialised manufacturing facility and negotiating significant commercial supply agreements. Simon has been a director of several NZ businesses and Chairman of the Alumni Advisory Board of The Icehouse.
Mark is the founder of Lowndes Associates. His 29 years of commercial law practice commenced with Simpson Grierson and has included a period as in-house counsel for a multinational oil company, with involvement in international commercial matters and government affairs. He has held various company directorships. Mark led the legal work on over $450 million of M and A activity in the year prior to the GFC. Mark has participated in trade missions and is active in a number of international trade organisations.
